Rick Schultz is the Sports Director at Sportscasters Club.
He is the former Sports Director at sports broadcasting powerhouse WFUV Radio in New York City. On the campus of Fordham University, WFUV has provided the launching pad for countless sports broadcasters who have reached the highest levels across the country. (Vin Scully, Mike Breen, Michael Kay, Bob Papa, Tony Reali, Connell McShane, Spero Dedes, Chris Carrino, etc. etc. etc.)
At Fordham, Rick was in charge of the leadership, training and guidance for the next generation of great sports broadcasters. In addition to his 20+ years on the air, Rick has also taught sports broadcasting at Marist College and the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
